How to Optimally Recover Post Training
A common misconception with training and getting desired results is to increase the exercise frequency, intensity or type. Although this is obviously key, what's more important is diet and recovery! Sleep and the right foods post training are VITAL to achieving the results you want. When you exercise, you are breaking down the muscle fibers which then need the right amount of nutrition and rest in order to rebuild and repair.

- Make sure you get ample protein and carbohydrates post training in order to replenish the muscle fibers and glucose which you lost during training.
- Make sure you sleep between 6-8 hours every night to give your body a chance to properly recover and repair
- Stay hydrated!
- Stretch and foam roll regularly after training in order to maintain to mobility, reducing stiffness and possible injury over time.
