Milky oat baths are a natural, affordable and very accessible wayto soothe itchy and inflamed skin. three times a week to soothe the skin and lessen itching.

What You'll Need

  • Oats, an old pair of tights and a bath

What You'll Do

  • Take a handful of oats and place the oats inside an old ladered pair of tights or a sock. Attach this securely to the tap (tying a knot) in your bath and let the warm bath water run through the oats providing a milky bath without any grit from the oats. Add some lavender oil or chamomile for extra relaxation.
