Regular exercise not only helps to control weight but also controls blood sugar levels which allows better blood flow. Exercise also raises your heart rate which keeps you warm and releases endorphins which make you happy :)

  • If you're feeling a tad cold, try going for a brisk walk or simply rotate your arms in circles and shake your hands to increase blood flow to your hands. Wiggle your toes, jump up and down. Just keep moving!
