There is nothing like a relaxing yin yoga practice to beat the Sunday night blues, chill you out and get you ready for a good night's sleep! There are some amazing videos of different lengths available online to guide you through your practice. Even a quick 15 minutes will leave you feeling amazing! Try having a long bath and getting ready for bed before, so you can slip under the covers right after your savasana. Dim the lights or light some candles, play some gentle music, burn some incense or use aromatherapy oils to calm you and focus on your breath throughout your practice. Yoga is a brilliant way to empty the mind of thoughts and worries, and a restorative yin practice is perfect for tired bodies on a Sunday night!
