Aristotle was the most famous of Ancient Greek philosophers. He is reputed to have said "Anybody can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way - that is not within everybody's power and is not easy". It is a quote which I found very helpful

What You'll Need

  • Try to understand when it is right to be angry, and how to direct that anger to help the situation.
  • Acceptance that anger can and does have a place when it is fair and directed in the right way.
