  • Ask yourself - who am I? Are you your thoughts? feelings? bodily sensation (the 5 senses)? Are you your past, future, your nationality?
  • If we can observe these things, then who is observing them? Upon reflection, we realise that we are the witness of all this phenomena, coming and going, thoughts that come and go, feelings that come and go, bodily sensations comes and go. Who are we now? Well, we have disappeared as a person and what remains is state of presence, being, and eternal peace. This presence has no beginning, no end, and no form. We are simply nothing and everything at the same time. We cannot be separate when we are everything and therefore the loneliness we once felt vanishes all by itself.
