It's said that peppercorns help to stimulate mucus flow therefore helping you to fend off a cough and beat the painful symptoms fast. It's one of those natural home remedies that my grandmother always used on us when we were growing up. They soothe whatever is in your throat. Just make sure you DO NOT chew or swallow the peppercorns. Do it for 5-15 minutes and then spit them out. Sounds disgusting but it really works to help you ease a cough fast!

  • Black Pepper Corns

  • Take 1-5 black pepper corns and suck them for 5-15 minutes
  • Chase with a glass of Water
