Surround yourself with positive people and things. Watching too many violent and sad movies, playing violent computer games or reading violent or sad books can influence your brain into thinking it is experiencing that and can cause a depression. Everything in moderation is the key.

What You'll Need

  • Find positive entertainment

What You'll Do

  • Try playing 2 hours instead of 6
  • Read/watch/listen to something uplifting at least once a day
  • Keep a gratitude journal on the app: write down 3 things you are grateful for every day
