Exercise as much as you can as exercising releases dopamine and serotonin amongst many other positive outcomes. You can keep your body healthy and boost your psychological immune system.

What You'll Need

  • Regular Exercise

What You'll Do

  • Try taking a 15 min walk every 2 – 3 hours
  • Stretch every hour: stand on your toes and try to reach the ceiling
  • Find a spot that is fun and try sticking to it 2-4 times a week. You will instantly feel better!

I walk to work now. I have to get up earlier, but my good gets better every step I take. Getting up is touch, though.
