Exercise as much as you can as exercising releases dopamine and serotonin amongst many other positive outcomes. You can keep your body healthy and boost your psychological immune system.

- Regular Exercise

- Try taking a 15 min walk every 2 – 3 hours
- Stretch every hour: stand on your toes and try to reach the ceiling
- Find a spot that is fun and try sticking to it 2-4 times a week. You will instantly feel better!
