While the topic of Happiness has been around for thousands of years with philosophers and great thinkers, scientists have gone into this game pretty recently. Nevertheless, the results of their studies are amazing ... By observing happy and unhappy people, by changing their habits and always checking (before, during and after) the activity in their brain, their biological markers ... science demonstrated that happiness is not a place we travel to, a thing we search for, something we buy ... but it is specific behaviors and practices that determine our level of Happiness. Here are the 6 pillars of a life well-lived, a Happy life.
