Tracking your food and symptoms may help to find the main culprit. 2. Avoid any foods which regularly cause you this discomfort. 3. Try eating mindfully or slowly to help aid your digestion. 4. You may find that over the counter medications offer relief, in most cases symptoms are short lived and resolve themselves. 5. This is a fairly common cause of bloating, however you are suffering with any of these symptoms regularly, I would advise you to visit your doctor.
