Drink to help boost your immune system when you are run down
When you are exhausted you need an immune boost to make sure you don't get sick. I take this concoction to ensure I then don't get sick. Blend all of this and I usually take 2 or 3 spoonfuls a day.
What You'll Need
- -3 ginger roots
- -1 garlic clove
- -3 lemons peeled
What You'll Do
- Everything peeled you put in the juicer. Should give you enough for 2 or 3 days depending how much you take.
- Take two or 3 spoonfuls a day
Tips & Warnings
- If your not used to ginger maybe better not to take it on an empty stomach.
