- 1 cup of boiling water
- -2 table spoons of organic raw honey -1/2 table spoon of cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon) -Pinch of cayenne pepper -1/2 ground cloves
- 2 cm of fresh ginger
- 3 table spoons of lemon juice organic
- 2 table spoons of organic raw honey
- 1/2 table spoon of cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon)
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 ground cloves

- Mix all the ingredients together and drink
