When the right amount of oxygen is supplied to your body it aids adequate blood flow. This breath technique not only supplies a good amount of oxygen to the body but also can release jaw, face and neck tension, boost vitality, enhance circulation, reduce stress and gets to work to reduce the intensity of the headache.

What You'll Do

  • Slow deep and full inhale through your nose.πŸ‘ƒπŸ½
  • Exhale strongly through the mouth, making a "ha" sound. As you exhale, open your mouth wide and stick your tongue as far out as possible towards your chin πŸ˜›
  • 3. If ur feeling pro try bringing your drishti (internal focus) towards your third eye (center of your forehead) or the to the tip of your nose as you exhale.
  • 4. Inhale, returning to a neutral face.
  • 5. Repeat 4-6 times.
