Constipation makes you feel uncomfortable and at times it can also be painful. So often we forget to drink water and it's only when we focus on our hydration, do we really know how much water we are actually having. For a few days, check if you are having sufficient water in the day. Start the day with a glass of warm water with some lemon juice. During the rest of the day sip water and track how much you are having.
