Frozen Ginger Chips
When I was teaching at a school in Kenya this is what I got told to do when feeling ill. Apparently this is good during pregnancy swell.

- 1. Infuse ginger with hot water
- 2. Strain and then freeze in ice cube trays
- 3. Crush the cites and suck the icy chips throughout the day
