When I was teaching at a school in Kenya this is what I got told to do when feeling ill. Apparently this is good during pregnancy swell.

What You'll Need

  • Ginger
  • Water
  • Freezer

What You'll Do

  • 1. Infuse ginger with hot water
  • 2. Strain and then freeze in ice cube trays
  • 3. Crush the cites and suck the icy chips throughout the day
