Stop Mindless Eating
Even if you are think you are eating healthily a lot of times it doesn't work and people are baffled as to why it doesn't seem to be working. In many cases this is because of mindless snacking. Heres a few rules to help stop that: 1. Never eat standing up 2. Treat any snack like a meal… put it on a plate or in a bowl 3. Focus on your food (Dont eat whilst watching TV or when your on the phone!) 4. If your having trouble not thinking about food… remove snack food from your house. This will mean there is less temptation 5. Distract yourself: read a website for a bit, paint your nails. Hopefully you will foget about your cravings.
