If you grind your teeth in your sleep then you probably suffer from a sore jaw too. I found that if you avoid caffeine, especially at night it makes it easier for you to relax your mind and the muscles in your jaw before bed. Also, try to avoid eating chocolate at night too as the sugar, even if it's low content can naturally make you what to snap your teeth together in your sleep.
