Start by reducing the amount of animal fat you consume and then start dry-brushing & massaging your skin daily & make sure you exercise daily!

  • Bath brush, which you use on dry skin (stimulates so skin regenerates)
  • Natural oil - like sesame or almond to massage into your skin

  • Dry-brush your skin and then massage with natural oils every day
