The way you carry yourself (your posture) reflects your state of mind and can negatively or positively influence your energy. Practice standing tall with your shoulders drawing down and back and your chest lifting. This will also help you to breathe more fully, which will energise and uplift you. Other yoga postures and breathing techniques will also help to lift your mood and release endorphins (feel good hormones)
