Maintaining the decision to pursue a healthier lifestyle might be the struggle of everyone when it comes to parties and drinks with friends. It usually follows a night of binge eating and morning hangover with a greasy meal and thus, a crash of all the good habits we built before that night.
What You'll Need
- Alcoholic drink
- Still or Sparkling water
- Empty cup
What You'll Do
- Do not reject an invitation to go out with friends because you are worried of drinking/eating too much. This will only lead to a delayed binge - NOT balance.
- Order your drink.
- Ask for an empty cup
- Pour half or 1/4 of the alcoholic drink in the empty cup
- Add still or sparkling water
