Meal planning and prep is key to making lasting healthy changes. I made these up (actually 5 of them) in as long as it took me to place chicken breasts and the vegetables on baking sheets. I baked them all at the same time and divided them into these containers. I covered them and threw them in the freezer for my husband to take to work as he gets tired of salads over and over. So good, nutritious and easy!

What You'll Need

  • Chicken and vegetables of your choice
  • Glass or disposable food containers suitable for freezing/heating

What You'll Do

  • Use a large baking sheet, cover with parchment & spray with coconut oil spray
  • Place chicken breasts, and vegetables in one layer on pan. I used sweet potatoes, broccoli, and onion this time.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F until done
