Taking short, regular breaks will keep up your concentration levels and increase your ability to work. Studies have shown that we are effective and productive for around 50 minutes before needing a short break.

- Try taking a 10 minute break every hour.
- Stretch your legs, get some fresh air and take a few minutes away from computer/phone screens.
- You will come back to work feeling more productive and work more efficiently as a result.
