Eating tips to clear up your skin
Eating seasonally can really help when trying to clear up acne and breakouts. Limit dairy and wheat to fall and winter. Also make sure all gluten/wheat products are made from unprocessed, non-GMO flour. Bread products shouldn't contain oil or added sugar. All milk, cheese and yogurt should come from grass-fed cows that un-pasturized . The less your food has been chemically treated the better.
