Eating seasonally can really help when trying to clear up acne and breakouts. Limit dairy and wheat to fall and winter. Also make sure all gluten/wheat products are made from unprocessed, non-GMO flour. Bread products shouldn't contain oil or added sugar. All milk, cheese and yogurt should come from grass-fed cows that un-pasturized . The less your food has been chemically treated the better.

  • Best bread to eat is Sourdough made from a homemade starter because of it's benefitial, gut-healthy yeast enzymes

  • Foods such as bread, pasta and crackers should only contain non-GMO flour, water, salt and yeast. No oil, preservatives or added sugar.
