Foods to avoid to prevent Acid Reflux
Acid Reflux according to Ayurvedic philosophy is an imbalance of Pitta dosha and thus to prevent it, one must avoid firey, spicy, hot foods. Avoid "night shades" such as tomatoes, onions, garlic, all hot peppers and spices as well as heavy, greasy foods such as meatball subs and pizza.
