Eat Beets before bed. As many as you can eat. You can boil them, bake them, as long as you eat them. Beets are a natural sort of nitrates which converts into nitric oxide, which increases blood flow throughout your body which helps to remove the lactic acid from your muscles and hence speeds up recovery.
