Ditch the stimulants – ALL of them!
What I am talking about here is caffeine, alcohol, sugar and refined foods. That sounds like a lot but trust us, all these things are playing havoc with your hormones and sleep cycle. If you suffer from any kind of sleep issues you really should stay off the caffeine or make sure you don’t have any after 3pm (for more sensitive types midday may need to be the cut off).
