It's that time of year! We know the flu is spreading like wildfire so take a little extra care to prevent catching it, rather than having to recover from it.... - wash your hands frequently, especially before touching your face - get enough sleep! A run down system is more likely to be susceptible to colds and flu. - reduce stress levels, again, high levels of stress can compromise the immune system and make catching colds and flu more likely.

Washing your hands with soap and water is the best defense against the flu along with the flu shot. Wear gloves when possible, particularly during flu season, so that you do not touch infected door knobs, railings, and surfaces.
