It's that time of year! We know the flu is spreading like wildfire so take a little extra care to prevent catching it, rather than having to recover from it....
- wash your hands frequently, especially before touching your face
- get enough sleep! A run down system is more likely to be susceptible to colds and flu.
- reduce stress levels, again, high levels of stress can compromise the immune system and make catching colds and flu more likely.

- Antibacterial handwash and a comfy bed!

- Although this isn't a 'cure' for colds and flu, sometimes going back to some simple basics to prevent its onset can certainly help!
